Yes, you need to wait for approval email. In that email, we will explain in details on how to return the item. You will be provided with a return label to proceed the return.

The return process will take 3 working days in the form of a monetary voucher. 

Once the return item is processed, you will receive a store credit to be use for your next purchase. $5 will be deducted from the total refund for return fees processing.
