PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Payment
We accept all major credit & debit cards, apple pay and google pay via Shopify payment gateway.
Delivery
We will ship out all orders within 1-3 working days. The appointed courier services provide a next day delivery service and makes delivery from Monday - Saturday, excluding local public holidays (SG). Orders made on Friday, after 12PM will only be shipped on Monday. If customers did not receive their order within 3 working days after tracking number received, please contact our customer service department to track your order.

RETURNS
Request for Return
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item purchase, you may return your purchase to us.
All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, with their original packaging, in its original condition. Do ensure that the product is delivered in an acceptable condition. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.
All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email or Whatsapp is sent. Maximum limit HAPPY2U will keep any return parcels / unclaimed / failed delivery is only within 60 days. After that, the order will considered sold and no refund will be made applicable for this situation.
What should I do when I received a defect item/wrong item/missing item?
For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, feel free to contact us via email at hello@shophappy2u.com or live chat with your order number.
Please request to return the item before you post out back to us. Here is the link to do a Return Request > Return Form.
Please be advice that normally we will provide an exchange for the defect item - same size, same color depending on the availability.
Refund in Store Credit
Please be informed that all returns item will be refunded in the form of store credit. Once your return/exchange has arrived our warehouse, store credit will be credited into your account within 3 working days if there is no issue with the return/exchange.
Kindly note that we will only refund the items’ price based on the payment received from customer after deducting return shipping $5. Shipping fee paid for the previous order made will not be refunded if you return your items. Store credit generated by Happy2U cannot be used to pay postage fee. You can only use the store credit to pay the price of the items’ you purchased. Do note that Store Credit is not redeemable for cash.

TERMS AND CONDITION OF USE
Making a purchase
At HAPPY2U, we are not able to cancel, amend or combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.
We post all orders within 1-3 working days via our appointed courier service – Ninja Van and J&T.
Once the Shipping Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

Payment
All payments have to be made to Happy Apparel Pte. Ltd. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Only one promo code can be used per order. Promo code cannot be use for SALE item or item listed under SALE Category.
Media & Website
Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. HAPPY2U portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
HAPPY2U is not liable for HAPPY2U items purchased from a third party merchant.
