Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE FAQS
1. You can return any item(s) that you are not completely happy with (except promotional item), in exchange for a store credit within 14 days from the date your order is confirmed.
2. Once we received your return request, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 1-2 working days together with the return guideline.
3. Print the shipping label that you have received from email and drop at Ninjavan drop off points.
4. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the received item is defective or incorrect. $5 will be deducted before credit store issue to your account.
5. For International returns / exchanges, shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our warehouse. For customs purposes, kindly declare the items as returns / defect. Our customer service team will assist you during the entire return / exchange processes.
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customers. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be.
6. Each piece of our online merchandise item will be scanned through our hand for quality inspection, and the quality marked on cards. However, quality standards are very subjective; minor stain/ spots, glue stain, off-line, lint problem are not summed up as quality issues.
7. Please be informed that all returns item will be refunded in the form of store credit. Once your return parcel has arrived our warehouse, store credit will be credited into your HAPPY2U account within 3 working days if there is no issue with the return. Kindly note that we will only refund the items’ price based on the payment received from customer. Shipping fee paid for the previous order made will not be refunded if you return your items. Store credit generated by HAPPY2U cannot be used to pay postage fee. You can only use the store credit to pay the price of the items’ you purchased. Do note that Store Credit is not redeemable for cash.
8. Please ensure the item is not used and please retain the original packing and any items that shipped together in the shipment. Any stains, scratches or damages caused by carelessness will not be accepted.
9. HAPPY2U reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
10. All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email or Whatsapp is sent. Maximum limit HAPPY2U will keep any return parcels / unclaimed / failed delivery is only within 60 days. After that, the order will considered sold and no refund will be made applicable for this situation.
